I’m Brian Phelan, a solutions architect and software engineer with nearly 20 years of experience in technology. I’ve progressed from intern to technical lead, designing and delivering production systems across multiple industries and technology stacks. I also hold an MBA, which helps me bridge technology and business solutions.

Today, I work independently through Holthan Technologies, helping teams solve complex technical problems, modernize systems, and ship reliable software.

I’m comfortable stepping into ambiguity, whether that means greenfielding a new project or untangling a legacy codebase. I partner directly with clients to solve technical challenges without the overhead of a large firm.
